1. Overview

The services described here are provided by Akuété SEWA-DOVI, an independent professional based in Lomé, Togo, under the ASD name. Contact: my email address.

2. Services and terms of use

By booking or ordering a service, the client confirms they have read and accepted the following terms:

• Sessions canceled without 24 hours’ notice are billed at 50% of the rate.
• No refunds once a service or package has started, unless agreed in writing.
• Files delivered for design services become the client’s property after payment in full.
• I reserve the right to refuse any service I consider contrary to professional ethics.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary with the complexity of the project.

3. Collection and processing of personal data

I collect the following data in order to provide my services: name, email address, phone number, and details of the service requested. It is used solely to communicate with you and to deliver the service.

4. Use of your data

• Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties.
• It may be used to send you information about the services you use or about new offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, by email.

5. Cookies

This site uses functional and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to improve your experience. You can refuse or delete them at any time in your browser settings.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to my email address.

7. Intellectual property

All content I produce (texts, translations, designs, videos) is protected by copyright. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Deliverables belong to the client after full payment.

8. Liability

I undertake to provide services of professional quality. My liability is limited to the amounts invoiced for the service concerned. I cannot be held responsible for results in official examinations.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, both parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before starting legal proceedings. These terms are governed by Togolese law.

10. Security: protecting yourself from scams

People may impersonate me using my name, my photo, or my wording. Here is how to check that you are really dealing with Akuété SEWA-DOVI.

• Any other number, email address, or page claiming to be Akuété SEWA-DOVI or ASD is not me.
• Mixx by Yas payment: only on my phone number, to an account in the name of Akuété SEWA-DOVI — check that name before confirming.
• Orabank transfer: bank details are only ever sent with a written quote coming from my email address.
• Secret codes: I will never ask for your Mixx PIN, a code received by SMS, or your card details.
• I am not an exam center: I prepare candidates for the IELTS, TOEFL, and TOEIC and I can guide you through the registration process, but I never register anyone on their behalf and I never collect exam fees — I sell no seats, dates, or results. Any such offer made in my name is a fraud.
• No surprise fees: no processing, activation, or unlocking fees. The price stated in the quote is the final price.
• If in doubt: call my phone number or email my email address before making any payment. Report any scam attempt to me.
